WELCOME

Hello and welcome to Mrs. Cruz-Oviedo's third grade class! This will be my first year as a homeroom teacher and I am very excited to begin this journey with you and your students. I was born and raised in Houston and attended Galena Park ISD! I attended three different elementary school in Galena Park and graduated from North Shore High School(Go Mustangs). I graduated from Western Governors University with a bachelors in elementary education. I chose elementary education due to the passion I have for watching students learn and grow. I cannot wait to begin this school year with your little one and watch them grow into amazing citizens. ¡Hola y bienvenidos a la clase de tercer grado de la Sra. Cruz-Oviedo! Este será mi primer año como maestra de aula y estoy muy emocionada de comenzar este viaje con ustedes y sus estudiantes. ¡Nací y crecí en Houston y asistí a Galena Park ISD! Asistí tres escuelas primarias diferentes en Galena Park y me gradué de North Shore High School(Vamos Mustangs). Me gradué de Western Governors University con una licenciatura en educación primaria. Elegí la educación primaria por la pasión que tengo para ver a estudiantes aprender y crecer. Estoy muy emocionada para comenzar este año escolar con sus pequeños y verlos crecer en ciudadanos increíbles.
