My 6th grade Reflection
The nicest thing someone did for me in 6th was from my dear friend Adrian when he had brought money to a basketball tournament at this school and he bought a ticket, a snack and drink at the game so we could go together. I would describe this 6th grade year as funny, entertaining, and goofy. The most challenging part for me this year was to type a thousand word essay but it was easier than 5th grade when I struggled a lot although I needed a thousand words this year and last year it was 950 words. At the start of this year I struggled with essays and decimals as the year went on it got easier and easier to the point where it’s just light-work.
Something I'm proud of this year is how I made new friends. Some of my current friends went to WAES (Woodland acres elementary school) and are still no different than before and some of my friends are not from there. Some came for one of the schools I transferred to and some I never met till this year. If I could change one thing this year it would have been to make everyone nice and kind to one another and accept people for who they are. A lot of kids avoid others making one feel left out and I don’t want those kids to feel left out because of the way they look or act. I wish people were nicer to each other.
