Automotive Basics
In Automotive Basics, students will gain knowledge and skills in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of vehicle systems. This study allows students to reinforce, apply, and transfer academic knowledge and skills to a variety of interesting and relevant activities, problems, and settings. The focus of this course is to teach safety, tool identification, proper tool use, and employment.
Automotive Technology 1
Maintenance and Light Repair, students will gain knowledge and skills in the repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of vehicle systems. This study will allow students to reinforce, apply, and transfer academic knowledge and skills to a variety of interesting and relevant activities, problems, and settings. About me
Hello i'm Erick Turrubiartes, the automotive instructor for GPHS. This will be my first year teaching and I really look forward on this new path. I have been in the automotive industry for 12 years. In that time i worked at an independent shop where I honed my skills on both gas and diesel vehicles.
