About my life...
My family and I lived in the Cloverleaf community. Although I did not have the pleasure of attending Cloverleaf Elementary, some of my family members did. My two beautiful nieces attended Cloverleaf, and we are very proud of their academic accomplishments in this district.
I have a daughter who is 22 and a son who is 17 years old. My husband, Mr. Rosales, and I enjoy bowling and going to the movie theater with them. We have two more family members, a tabby cat and a German shepherd.
My favorite places to visit are the movie theater and the bookstore. I enjoy reading educational and children's books. I can spend hours at the bookstore looking for the latest and greatest books written for children while Mr. Rosales enjoys a coffee at the coffee shop.
Life as a school administrator is fun! I am blessed to be part of a great office team! I also enjoy seeing Cloverleaf Bears and their families around the community!
About my career…
It is never too late to reach your goals!
As a child, I dreamed of becoming a teacher! And after high school graduation, I began to pursuit that dream.
I attended college at the University of Houston-Downtown and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Sciences in 2001, but I did not become a teacher right away. Four years later, I continued my education and became a bilingual teacher and taught in public schools for 11 years. Then, I earned a Masters of Education in School Administration from Concordia University in 2012.
In 2015, Galena Park ISD gave me the opportunity to serve as District Curriculum & Instruction Specialist for four years. Thereafter, I became an assistant principal at Cloverleaf Elementary.
As I serve in this community, I believe in our students with all my heart! I have the conviction that one day they will reach their dreams too!

Sobre mi vida...
Mi familia y yo vivimos en la comunidad de Cloverleaf. Aunque nunca tuve el placer de asistir a la Primaria Cloverleaf, algunos de mis familiares si lo hicieron. Por ejemplo, mis dos hermosas sobrinas asistieron a Cloverleaf, y estamos muy orgullosos de sus logros académicos en este distrito.
Mi esposo, el Sr. Rosales, y yo tenemos una hija de 22 años y un hijo de 17 años. A mi esposo y a mí nos encanta jugar boliche y ver una buena película en el cine con nuestros hijos. Hemos agregado dos integrantes a la familia, un gato atigrado y un pastor alemán.
Los lugares favoritos a los que me gusta ir son el cine y la librería. Disfruto mucho los libros educativos y para niños. Puedo pasar horas en la librería buscando los mejores y más recientes libros escritos para niños, mientras el Sr. Rosales disfruta de una buena taza de café en la cafetería.
¡La vida como administradora escolar es divertida! ¡Es una gran bendición formar parte del excelente equipo de la Primaria Cloverleaf! ¡Además es un gusto ver a los Cloverleaf Bears y a sus familias cuando salgo de compras en la comunidad!
Sobre mi carrera…
¡Nunca es tarde para lograr tus metas!
Cuando era niña, soñé con ser maestra, y después de graduarme de preparatoria comencé a perseguir ese sueño.
Asistí a la Universidad Houston-Downtown y obtuve una Licenciatura en Ciencias y Estudios Sociales en el 2001, pero no me desempeñé como maestra de inmediato. Cuatro años más tarde, continué mi educación y me convertí en maestra bilingüe impartiendo clases en escuelas públicas durante 11 años. Posteriormente, obtuve una Maestría de Educación en Administración de Escuelas en la Universidad Concordia el 2012.
En 2015, Galena Park ISD me brindó la oportunidad de servir como Especialista de Plan de Estudios e Instrucción del Distrito durante cuatro años. A partir de entonces, me he desempeñado como subdirectora de la Primaria Cloverleaf.
A medida que sirvo en esta comunidad, ¡creo en nuestros estudiantes con todo mi corazón! ¡Tengo la plena convicción de que un día alcanzarán sus sueños también!
