global or current event

A event that happened this school year that change my view on the world. Is when I had to run away from a creepy old man watching me and my friends.  so this happens when my friends and I hanged out for the first time  and we where at the park like a hr in the hangout a man was looking at us and he told the woman that came by that hes with us but we did not  know that man. so we got  worried and our friends parents where there so we ran to them and the man followed us to them and  we we worried so we called the hangout done in case that he came back.  This made  me view the world  differently by being more aware about strangers because you never  know their intention .
