Welcome to FINANCIAL MATH, a math class for Seniors at North Shore Senior High School.

This course covers income and taxes, money management, banking, investments, and retirement accounts. We also practice intensively for the Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA2) in Math. All students benefit from graduating with College and Career Readiness and we want to get certified now while the courses it's based on are fresh in our mind.

If you don't pass the TSIA with me, it's going to take time and money for a class at San Jacinto College, for example, and spending a few months of your time and hundreds of dollars without gaining college credits for that course. Let's get it now!

Even if you're joining the workforce right away, you might be encouraged to get college credits later for a promotion, so get it now to show you're "Certified" for high school math.
