Come along while we deep dive into Texas history! We will begin with the 5 themes of Geography and then move into European exploration and colonization. We will end the year with Texas' involvement in the Civil War.  Students will be exposed to the historical, geographic, political, economic, and sociological events which influenced the development of Texas and the resulting impact on U.S history and today's current political climate. We will strive to keep an open mind and engage in honest and open dialogue.
