Please bookmark this site for easy access to ACHIEVE resources and to links to submit your questions about ACHIEVE.  Questions and answers from last year have been removed as most answers are no longer relevant given the extensive programming updates completed over the summer and into August.  If you want to submit a question, access the Question Submission form on the linked professional learning focus area of ACHIEVE found at the top of this page.  Enter your question.  Answers will then be posted in the corresponding response spreadsheet.  Make sure you return frequently to check out the questions that others are asking and the answers to their questions too!

GPAEA will be hosting ACHIEVE Office Hours this fall.  If you need support in navigating and using ACHIEVE, please join one of the office hours listed below.  Office hours are open for LEA and AEA staff to join.  The zoom link for each session is (https://gpaea.zoom.us/j/8154174469).  Office hours are:

If you need assistance with a specific learner, email Abby Lynn (abby.lynn@gpaea.org) with the issue and the learner’s URL from the Learner Dashboard. Please copy the URL address from the browser when you are on the learner dashboard and paste it into the email. Abby will review the issue and follow up with additional support. 

Meeting Notices in ACHIEVE

A Prior Written Notice will be required for each Meeting Notice created in ACHIEVE. Therefore, if you create three meeting notices you will have to complete three Prior Written Notices to clear the IDR. If you need to reschedule the meeting or add participants, you can do this through the calendar. This will not require a Prior Written Notice for the change. If you do not select the correct Meeting Purpose, you will have to create a new meeting notice and a new Prior Written Notice to clear the IDR.
