What I love most about Laurier? The amazing students and staff that make this school such a friendly and diverse place to be!
Mr. Carr hails from Owen Sound and attended the prestigious OSCVI, where he took an early interest in History and Politics. He then received his Honours Degree from the University of Guelph in History and Criminal Justice & Public Policy. Mr. Carr then attended London's very own Western University for his Bachelor of Education.
He gladly joined the Laurier teaching staff in 2019, and has enjoyed working with the staff and amazing students, as well as using his legal background to craft strong legal minds in his Law students.
Ms. Sedgwick attended Oakridge S.S. and King's University College in London, studying History and English, and holds an M.A. in Canadian History from Carleton University in Ottawa. She earned her B.Ed. at Althouse and has been with Thames Valley since 2012.
Her favourite classes to teach include Canadian History, Ancient Civilizations and Adventures in World History.
She is very happy to be a part of the welcoming learning community in Ramland!
