Where can I get more information about the STEM program?

With the guidance of qualified teachers, students will simultaneously explore related topics by examining real-world issues through interdisciplinary project-based learning; they will identify the issues and topics that matter to them, and then they will conceive, design, and build potential solutions to these challenges. Science, Technology Design, English, Mathematics and Civics & Careers will be integrated into these inquiries, allowing students to achieve 5 credits over the course of the semester. Saunders offers a grade 9 and a grade 10 STEM program. To select STEM, choose it in myBlueprint, you do not need to apply. Class sizes and the numbers of teachers will be determined by enrollment. The program is one semester long and students stay with the class the entire day. Click HERE for more information about STEM at Saunders.
