BIG SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES - PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE
Montcalm is one of only a handful of schools in the board that has a combination of a wide variety of business course offerings along with a Business SHSM program and a DECA Business Competition Team. This means that we can offer the experiences available at schools like London Central, AB Lucas, and Sir Frederick Banting, but with a more personalized, smaller classroom, experience.

Many of the skills that you learn in this class can be applied to all other courses you will take in high school. For instance, when you write a report or essay, you will know how to properly format it. You will learn how to create an effective and properly formatted presentation. You will also learn how to create a spreadsheet with data that can be turned into effective graphs for math, science, and geography! This course is a must if you want to work effectively and efficiently in your high school courses.

From taking this course, you will get to know which areas of business you are most interested in for further study. There are so many areas of business it is easy to become a specialist in a specific area.
