Registration Process for current Grade 8 TVDSB students
Registration Process for current Grade 8 TVDSB students
All grade eight students will be completing grade 9 course registration at their elementary schools with the Elementary Guidance Lead at their school. This process is done using My Blueprint (Instructions are posted below). Students confirm their chosen high school as well as course choices.

If you are an out of area student coming to Montcalm for Emphasis Technology, you will also need to complete Emphasis Technology Program Intent form and submit it to your Elementary School (See below for forms).

Students should complete the online registration. Instructions can be found HERE
The following forms will required for registration at Montcalm
TVDSB Student Registration Form (not needed if registration has been completed online)
Course Selection Form (will be emailed to you once the online registration has been confirmed)
Emphasis Technology Intent Form (if you are in the Montcalm Emphasis boundary)
Out of Area form (if you are outside of the Montcalm boundary)
Also required: (you will be contacted with instructions for these once your online registration has been confirmed)
Proof of Living Address and Proof of Birth.
Proof of Eligibility to Attend (for Permanent Residents and Canadians born outside of Canada)
Legal Documents Related to Custody and Access (if applicable)
