Artsonia

Artsonia is the largest student art museum in the world! Every child can have an online art gallery and preserve their masterpieces for all time! Please watch the introductory video by following the link below:

At Byron Northview, several of our students already have accounts on Artsonia. What this means is that your teacher and you can upload images of your artwork so that you can share your work with family and friends. As well, you can choose to purchase your artwork on various keepsakes to give as gifts or keep for yourself. 20% of all purchases made in the Artsonia giftshop goes toward maintaining our art program, from generating money to buy art supplies to showcasing work by students on Thank-you cards, etc.

Although usually the teacher is the one to upload artwork and manage artist statements, the parent is responsible for managing the child's account. This means Artsonia will send notification to the parent when new art work is displayed and the parent decides whether to accept comments made about the child's work.
