TVO Mathify is a practical, interactive digital learning tool that is live and provides free 1:1 online afterschool math tutoring with an Ontario Certified Teacher.
You can log in between 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.ET from Sunday to Thursday for one-on-one tutoring.

GOOGLE KEEP - this app allows users to record plain-text notes and organize, edit, or share them with others using a suite of collaboration tools. You can also use Google Keep to create voice notes, take pictures of notes (and convert them to text) and set time- and location-based reminders.
QUIZLET - This app creates flashcards (or you can find previously created sets of flashcards) to help you learn anything! From francais, to games that make it easy to get a handle on history, use a variety of tools in this app to conquer any challenge. **available via Google Play and iTunes
GOOGLE CALENDAR – this app organizes all your events and syncs to your Gmail account. Set reminders for events and colour code different types of events and appointments (e.g. social, work, medical). You can create different calendars for each class or for a team or for personal events. GOOGLE DRIVE – this app installs your Google Drive (linked to your Gmail or GOTVDSB account) on your device so you can keep files easy to reach from anywhere. Share the docs with others and edit docs on the go. **available via Google Play, iTunes, and for Windows
KHAN ACADEMY – this app helps you to learn anything for free. There are over 10,000 videos and explanations in this app about math, science, law, history, and much, much more. **available via Google Play and iTunes
CALM IN THE STORM – This app is designed to help individuals get through everyday life stressors – a thing students know a little bit about! By helping you track and identify your sources or times of stress, you can learn how to better cope with whatever may come your way. The app will even make suggestions specific to your stress patterns to help cope. Packed with inspirational quotes, educational chapters, there is a wide variety of stress relief options (everything from ‘breathing meditation’ to ‘relax in a hurry’ to ‘Aboriginal teachings’). **available via iTunes
EVERNOTE – This app creates text notes and converts photos of notes, and audio notes that synchronize within the app and can be transferred to your computer easily. You can also create a virtual binder, which a new “notebook” for each subject. **available via Google Play and iTunes
