I am excited to be a part of the intermediate division at White Pine PS, in addition to the Guidance Lead.  I am coming to White Pine from spending two years as a Lambeth Flyer, before which I spent fourteen years at Mountsfield PS and two at Port Stanley PS teaching the intermediate grades, as well as kindergarten, grades 3, 5, and 6.

I have two young boys, Lincoln (10) and Rhett (8) who keep me very busy these days!  In addition, I have two dogs, a cat, and two leopard geckos (that stay with us when not in the classroom).  I am passionate about animal rescue and have spent a few March Break holidays volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Utah.

My past times include a variety of athletics; most notably, baseball and volleyball. I also enjoy spending my time within the school community as a coach when possible.

I look forward to the opportunity to get to know each of you and your children.

Please do not hesitate to contact me throughout the year with any questions or concerns.  Due to the difficulty of contacting me during the day by phone, the easiest method of communication is by e-mail (j.keogh@tvdsb.ca).  I check my e-mail daily and will promptly respond or return your request with a phone call.
