Have a mark of "ZERO" assigned?
Medway Science department policy states that a mark of ZERO is assigned once assignments have been handed back to the class. Students who have an assigned ZERO mark can complete the “alternative evaluation” listed below to remove the ZERO and hence bring up their overall mark.

Alternative Evaluation Notes:
- The alternative evaluations will be marked, but not returned to students as a way to ensure academic integrity of the assignments. Students can make arrangements to view their mark by making arrangements with Mr. Hambley
- Students who also have a low mark on a certain assignment can also complete the alternative evaluation as a way to “bump up” their current mark.
- There is no assigned due date for alternative evaluations – students complete them as needed and hand them in once complete. The last day to hand in alternative evaluations is the last day of the course (NOTE: this excludes the exam period).
