The Kindergarten classrooms are located at the South end of the school. Our yard has a gate that opens onto Quebec Street and onto the playground side off of Glasgow Street. During the school day, the playground gates are locked for the safety of our students. When dropping off your child, please walk, if possible to avoid congestion around the school. The parking lot on Glasgow Street is designated for staff. You may park on neighbourhood streets where parking is permitted when coming to the school. The laneway on Quebec Street is a fire route and designated for our YMCA Child Care Centre drop-off and special transportation only. Please do not park here. Thank you.
If your child is eligible for busing, you will receive information over the summer about the location of their bus stop and receive a colour-coded tag for Kindergarten students that is to be placed on their backpacks. The loading and unloading zone for the bus is on Glasgow Street. Kindergarten students will be escorted to the bus at the end of the day by school staff.
