Information regarding book exchange:

Students in Kindergarten to Grade 2 are allowed to take out one book at a time.

Students in Grades 3 to 8 may borrow a maximum of three books, as long as they have no outstanding overdue books or losses. I will be training a couple students from both grade 6/7 and 7/8 on how to use the circulation computer in early September.

Students are welcome to come to the library during the supervised open library periods or during scheduled visits with their class. Please view the library schedule for library times (highlighted in green on the google doc), as my schedule varies each day.

Students are not charged for overdue materials, but damaged and lost books will require a payment to help maintain our resources for all of our Delaware students.

For interested teachers:

Parents/guardians have the choice of whether their child is allowed to take library books home or leave them at school (an option that some parents request for their child/ren who frequently misplace library books). If you would like to send home the attached book borrowing permission form included below, I will make copies to be handed out in September. Once this is completed and returned, circulation of library materials can begin!
