Mindfulness

Mindfulness has many benefits. It can help to increase our ability to regulate our emotions, and decrease stress and anxiety. The practice of mindfulness allows us to tune out outside distractions and just focus on being fully present in the moment.

There are many ways to practice mindfulness including: listening to music, practicing yoga and meditations, colouring, drawing, and completing puzzles.
