UPDATES:

  • Monday April 6th, 2020:
    • Good evening to all of my wonderful students! Ok, so hopefully most of you check this website soon, and can pass this on to others in your classes. I've decided to migrate over the the Google Classroom platform. I just posted an outline there of what the month of April will look like, including some things for you to work on. I also want to let you know that all of my classes are in a really good position in terms of what you've learned so far! Being in a non-semestered school has put you in a very good position in terms of the content we have covered so far.
    • Below you will find the course code below, for google classroom. Please sign up for the correct course (day and period), and read the message I've posted there:

    • Hi to all of my wonderful students! We are certainly living in weird times right now. There are still a lot of unknowns, but I want you all to know that I'm thinking of you, and hope that you are all well, and healthy. Remember to be safe, and kind to each other! As I receive information about how the rest of this year will turn out, I will post it to this website. It is also a good idea to keep updated at the TVDSB website as well. I've put some basic reminders of things you can be working on for each of my courses (see below). Just remember that you should NOT be meeting in person with anyone to complete a project. Feel free to chat through video conferencing apps (facetime, duo, zoom), or just phone calls, but we want to make sure we are practicing social distancing:
      • Grade 12 Physics: You can be working on your spring launcher, and finish up any textbook questions that have already been assigned.
      • Grade 11 Physics: You can be working on your mousetrap car. And maybe your instrument slideshow?
      • Grade 9 Science: You can be working on your Generating Electricity Project. If you were not in class the day that it was assigned, I have good news - the assignment is on the website! Feel free to choose whichever topic you want, just let me know what you've chosen. If you are working alone, just work on one of the parts (either the cost analysis OR the model), but you will not be required to do both.

Lastly, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send me an email. I will be checking it daily.
