Create a routine for your family and try to stick to it, but don’t worry too much if you don’t.
Get yourself and your kids dressed and cleaned like you would for a normal day.
Try to get outside once a day, but do it safely. You might need to go out early or late to avoid busy times.
Try to get moving at least once a day - play an active game with your kids, have a dance party or do some stretches.
Reach out to people that care about you.
Drink enough water.
Spend extra time playing with your kids, it’ll help everyone feel better.
Limit your social media about COVID-19.
Focus on what you can control.
Spend more time thinking about the good in the world.
Do some art.
