Emphasis Technology Students

Students from across Oxford County may apply to attend CASS under the Emphasis Technology program in order to focus on an area of study in the technology department that is not provided by their home school.

In addition to the standard registration process that will be administered by grade 8 teachers and Elementary Guidance Leads (myBlueprint school and course selection) , students are required to submit the Emphasis Technology Consent Form for 2025/2026.

Note:  Emphasis Technology students can select College Avenue Secondary School in myBlueprint and apply directly to CASS.

Transportation

Eligibility for transportation to CASS is determined by the Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Consortium policy.  In most cases, transportation is provided for students who live more than 3.2 km away from CASS.
