Recital 2024

The opportunity to perform in a recital is an exciting, empowering and confidence-building part of the training process. This is where we love to watch our students learn about the theatre, rehearsals and teamwork while they enjoy the opportunity to showcase their skills in a professionally run production. Recitals are a wonderful way for students to showcase the results of their hard work and for family and friends to join in the pride of their achievement. We love giving all students the chance to perform for their family and friends in this supportive and fun environment and encourage even our youngest and newest performers to be involved.  

In terms of attendance, it is very important that students miss as few as possible of their scheduled classes between March 1st and recital, so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. We know the spring is a busy time, so as always, we request you let us know via phone or email if your dancer will be missing class so we can plan accordingly. 

Please also note that  any families with unpaid fees will not be allowed to participate in our recital, so please settle your accounts by June 5th.

This is without doubt the highlight of our year and we are filled with excitement to show you how hard our dancers have been working!  We are ready to roll out the red carpet at Sunrise Mountain High School!  Please read on for all of the details with regards to this extra special event!

Recital timeline:

January 15th - Recital costume deposit due $47.50/recital class

• Recital costume fees are $100/recital class. This fee includes your dancer's costume & accessories as well as a group photo per recital class

• Recital costume fees are payable in 2 equal payments of $50/recital class 

• Costume fees become non-refundable on March 15th.

February 15th - Recital costume deposit due $52.50/recital class

March 9th - Last day to add or drop recital classes 

March 15th - Recital fee 1 of 3 due

• Recital fees are $150/dancer and are payable in 3 equal payments of $50 due on the 15th of March, April & May

• Fees include:

  • Recital t-shirt

  • Recital video

  • Photos in the photo booth

  • Recital showcase/costume pick-up party

  • 4-Tier 4 recital tickets  *or $10 off up to 4 upgraded tickets

• Recital fees are non-refundable

April 15th - Recital fee 2 of 3 due

May 1st - Recital tickets go on sale

May 15th - Recital fee 3 of 3 due

May 21st - Recital Merchandise/Program Ads orders DUE

June 1st - Annual costume pickup party/showcase

June 3rd-11th - Recital rehearsals/opening experience/finale rehearsal/Parent Jam experience/etc. More information and schedules coming soon.

June 4th-5th - Recital pictures - schedule TBA

June 13-15 - Recital at Sunrise Mountain High School
