"Patrick Goswitz was our realtor when we were ready to purchase our first home ever. We looked at over 10 houses (can't remember the exact number) in March and April and Patrick was always super responsive and he was able to schedule for us to visit houses the day after they were listed. On two occasions that he was not able to be there in person, Frank and Jennifer took over and provided really great advice as well. In between getting our offer accepted and finally closing, Patrick was a reliable go-between for us and the seller for negotiations on repair credit and scheduling for contractors to visit the house to provide repair quotes. Excellent service and you get the attention and advice of the entire Goswitz team!"
