When a student or staff member reports a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or test to the district, administrators and nurses work to make the school setting safe and complete the necessary contact paperwork required by the PA Department of Health to aid in contact tracing. All students and staff members who are considered to be in close contact with infected individuals receive separate notification via phone and email.

Please note that in following with the new requirements from the PA Department of Health, the dashboard has been updated to reflect the number of active cases within a rolling 14-day window. Cases that are in dark grey, are not considered active cases within the rolling 14-day window and will not be counted when considering building closure.

Any Governor Mifflin student or staff member who is awaiting a COVID-19 test result should not report to school. All positive COVID-19 cases should be reported to your building principal or call our confidential COVID-19 reporting hotline at 610-775-1461 x. 7113. Please leave your name and contact information and an administrator will return your call promptly.
