CHECK THIS OUT: RMF SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL STUDENTS IN OUR SCHOOL’S MUSIC PROGRAM! Reading Musical Foundation (RMF), wants to be sure all of our parents and students are aware that information and applications for their annual Scholarship Program are now available. When you hear the word “scholarship,” you may think it refers to just money for college tuition, but these include scholarships and awards for which Berks County music students in grades 1-12 are eligible! Last year, RMF supported Berks student musicians with more than $220,000 through 471 scholarships and awards to help pay for private lessons, instruments, summer music camp, and college tuition. Both merit (by audition) and need-sensitive (non-audition) scholarships and awards are available.
Visit RMF’s Scholarship webpage at http://readingmusicalfoundation.org/index.php/scholarships/, where you will be able get all the information you’ll need to find out which scholarships and awards are available. You can even apply directly online from this webpage, or download and print the appropriate application(s) to complete and mail, fax, or email to RMF.

I strongly encourage any and all of you to take private voice lessons! It wasn't until I started lessons as a sophomore in High School that I REALLY grew as a singer. There's nothing like getting someone to give you individual feedback on YOUR voice. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time in the day to offer private voice lessons, but below is a list of private voice teachers that I got from the Reading Music Foundation. Let me know if you have any questions!
