• with 4 out of 5 having between 1 and 3 bedrooms;
• and 4 out of 10 being affordable homes;
• built to standards that support independent living;

• GNP3 — 20 dwellings, Manor Road
• GNP6 — 46 dwellings, Wallingford / Springhill Rd
• GNP10 — 14 dwellings, Thames Court

Reserved Site

• GNP8 — up to 16 dwellings , Gatehampton Road

to control the number of dwellings, the character and safety of the site and the impact on the AONB and neighbouring residents.

Further policies:

• to conserve and enhance the AONB and Goring’s landscape;
• to conserve and enhance Biodiversity;
• to minimise pollution from Light, air pollution and water, Sewerage and Drainage;
• for Building Design and the Historic Environment to protect the character of the village and its heritage assets;
• providing Open space, sport and recreation capacity;
• to ensure adequate parking in new developments;
• to encourage walking and cycling.
