Your Google account must first be enrolled in the EDU Activity App by the Google for Education team. Once enrolled, you can access the App using the "LOG IN USING GOOGLE" button at https://eduactivityapp.withgoogle.com/. No separate password is required.

• If your Google account has not been enrolled, contact the Google team.

• If your Google account has been enrolled but you cannot login, confirm that:

  • • • You are currently using the correct Google account

      • You have checked spam/junk mail folders for a verification email from Edu-Activity-App@gweb-edu-activity-app.appspotmail.com

Use an email that you can predictably access, even if you change jobs or location. Note that the email you choose must:

• be a Google-based account (has a Gmail inbox)

• not already be associated with certain Activity App profiles (see below)

  • Any combination of individual profile types -- Trainer, Innovators, GEG Leaders, Coaches -- can share the same email.

  • No combination of organizational profile types -- PD Partners, TF Partners, Reference Schools/Districts -- can share the same email.

We also recommend adding a secondary email address to your profile, in the event that you lose access to your other email address on file. You can add another email address to your profile at any time by following these instructions.

When you first log in, you will begin creating your profile. If the "Save" button does not respond, there are required fields on the page that need completing. Look closely for asterisk (*) fields that may be incomplete. These fields turn red if

Once you log in and save your profile, you can adjust the emails on your account through the "Authorize another email" section:

• Remove an email with the red "x"

• "ADD" another email sends a verification email from sender Edu-Activity-App@gweb-edu-activity-app.appspotmail.com. Follow instructions in that email to finalize the addition. Note that the emails will only be added if not already associated with another Activity App profile (see below for reference)

Google certification support - https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification - can adjust emails on accounts, resend certificates, and address other certification exam inquiries.

Visit Contact Google for contact information. Your Google program contact is also listed under "Google Support Contact(s)" on the Activity App's Edit My Profile tab. These emails vary by region; use the correct email for the fastest possible response.
