What do I need to do if I would like to attend?
Please fill out the registration form. From here our team will review your submission and provide you with additional information on the event. You will only be registered for the event if you receive a confirmation email. You should receive the confirmation email by Monday, July 25th. All attendees will need to submit the following information: Registration form, Valid NDA and Ethics and Compliance (as applicable for your district.) Once you register the Google for Education team will contact you about ensuring all of the correct paperwork is in place.
If I cannot join in person, can I join virtually?
We will not be offering a virtual option for this event. As a reminder, the events will take place the following times, and we encourage you to register for the event that is most geographically convenient for you!
Mountain View: 8:30am to 5pm | Wednesday, July 27th
Los Angeles: 8:30am to 5pm | Friday, July 29th
Why can my district only bring two people?
Due to space constraints, we're only able to offer 2 invitations per district at this time! As you are making the decision who to bring from your district we are recommending titles that include: IT Admin, Director of Curriculum, Edtech Coaches, Director of Innovation, Superintendent or more!
I require special accommodations, what should I do?
Please indicate this during your registration process. We have a special section for food accommodations. If you require additional accommodations please include this in the "additional information" section. If you forgot to include this in your registration process, please reach out to Karen Shapiro on the event team.
Will there be parking?
Yes there is parking on site at both offices. Once you have gone through the registration process you will be provided with more information about parking.
Why is an NDA needed for this event and what is the purpose?
An NDA is needed because we will be discussing roadmap content. If you or your district is unable to sign an NDA you will not be able to attend this event. If your district already has an NDA in place you will not need to complete another.
I cannot stay the entire time, can I attend if I need to leave early?
Due to the limited capacity for this event we will be prioritizing participants who can stay for the entire day.
