Personal Finance

This course is designed as an introductory finance class covering topics such as budgeting and money management, banking and credit, saving and investing, and strategies of protecting financial resources.  The course will prepare students with the skills and experiences they need to succeed in further finance courses and/or the workforce.  Students will gain a critical understanding of financial management concepts as well as consequences for their choices.  By utilizing practical applications through activities and projects, students will leave this course with the financial knowledge useful for everyday life.
