Conceptualized in 2011 while playing a game of monopoly. I owned the infamous Boardwalk property and a friend landed on my property, instead of them going bankrupt I offered to take half the rent up front and the remainder plus 10% of all profits made for the next 10 turns. I enabled my friend to "stay at a luxurious property" on a budget. At that moment I realized I wanted to create luxurious living experiences for everyday people.
