About Me

I'm an OT with over 40 years experience working with infants and families in Western MA. I am a certified lactation counselor, feeding specialist, CFT/CST pediatric bodyworker and certified educator of infant massage and love working with new families in learning to fall in love with their baby! Infant feeding, lactation and bottle feeding should not be difficult! I like to break down the steps to help parents find ways to help improve their baby's self regulation and get their child onto a good healthy relationship with feeding and movement!

I use a responsive feeding approach, provide lactation support and believe in paced bottle feeding. I specialize in infant suck training and the functional evaluation and treatment of oral restrictions and teach parents about the importance of airway health, suck training and jaw/tongue stability! 

I also specialize bodywork with treating infants with body tension, torticollis and positional plagiocephaly. I utilize the Gillespie Approach of craniosacral fascial therapy along with the Vaughan approach for bodywork for infants to decrease body tension and improve feeding, stooling and development.  I coach parents through a routine based model and use a neurodevelopmental approach to help each individual baby attain their milestones!
