Volunteers & GMS students gathered alongside students from Case High School and RUSD Building & Grounds staff to help build our newest play space. Designed by students from The Academies at Case High School, our new play area will provide a great place for our youngest students.

Our first in-person gala event was a huge success. The gala and online auction raised a whopping $7,566 through ticket sales, generous bids, and donations. We can't wait to see everyone kicking up their heels next year and for many years to come.

Through a National PTA grant sponsored by Norton LifeLock and Tik Tok, Goodland Montessori PTA was proud to host the PTA Smart Talk program. Twenty-five families committed to having, "The Smart Talk" which focuses on setting family ground rules for digital safety in writing. 

Registered attendees were entered to win one of three Amazon Fire tablets!

National PTA has a long-standing commitment to arts education. The Reflections program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts which boost student confidence and success in the arts and in life.

Each year, over 300,000 students in Pre-K through Grade 12 create original works of art in response to a student-selected theme.

Every year the Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency puts together holiday food baskets for members of the community in need. Goodland Montessori School proudly raised $575, blowing past our $450 goal. These funds provided a meal for 12 Racine families during holiday season.  Thank you to all who donated.

In conjunction with our RKCAA food basket drive, we introduced a Giving Tree in 2021. The goal of a Giving Tree is to share gifts with members of our community, who may otherwise go without during the holiday season. Our tree featured tags sponsoring gifts for 40 Racine children in need. Our school community showed up, leaving no tag unclaimed! Thank you for making an impact on a child's life.

K3-K5 Teacher Ms. Missy Becker served as our spooktacular host for our first ever Brews, Boos & Bingo event. Paired with a fundraiser with Timer's Beverage Center, this adults only evening was filled with plenty of laughs. 

Far exceeding our $3,000 goal, our first ever online auction raised $3,877! With auction items ranging from a free oil change all the way to a trip to school in a fire truck, the auction featured something for everyone. THANK YOU to all our bidders & local business donors, we cannot begin to express our gratitude.

This event was the result of many hours of volunteer work by PTA members Carmen Ayers, Elizabeth Barnes, Lily Bleichner, Monica Cucciare, Nicole Czosnek, Carolynn Friesch, and Karen Hardcastle. 

We celebrated our amazing teachers this Teacher Appreciation Week, pampering them throughout the entire week. From doughnuts and coffee to plants for their classroom, we made sure to let them know just how much we appreciate everything they do for our students. 

The PTA read our way into Spring! With a scavenger hunt both virtual & in-person and a book walk around the school, we enjoyed a variety of books as we welcomed the warmer weather.

This event was really cool! Over 20 families joined us for a bit of chilly fun with our hostess, Nicole Czosnek and her guest M.C. Zaden. 

Goodland Montessori honored Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy by creating handmade cards, letters, and pictures thanking our local healthcare workers. The PTA was proud to lend a hand by donating snacks to help keep our front-line workers fueled. 

Montessori Families enjoyed delicious take-out from Racine's own Dragon Pit BBQ.

A night filled with games, dancing, face painting, and more.
