CTII was formed in 1985 and has over the years broadened into a full line additives company through agency and distribution agreements, as well as the establishment of manufacturing facilities for a broad line of antistatic additives, amine catalysts and flame retardants for flexible, rigid and elastomeric PU and textile industry. Manufacturing facilities and offices are located in Kennesaw (Atlanta), Georgia, USA.
