Fakuma 2018 : KraussMaffei to show RimStar Compact 16/16

Friedrichshafen, Germany – KraussMaffei will be showing its RimStar Compact 16/16 with mixing head MK 8/12 ULKP-2KV-80 on stand 7303 at the event.

The machine is described as a compact polyurethane metering machine with automatic filing.KM said that it is a ‘versatile standard machine in the mid-range class’ and that it can produce good quality components with minimal scrap.The RimStar Compact, 16/16The machine is fitted with a 16 l/min pump and the mix head can dispense between 40-550 g/s. Raw materials are stored onboard in a double-walled raw material container with an agitator.The machine is built on a compact one-piece frame, which is designed to save space, compared with other similar models. The RimStar Compact can be fitted with an optional side arm.Control is through a TP1200 Comfort operator panel which interacts with the Siemens S7-1000 control system.
