Even though we are back in-person, not everything is back to "normal" and we acknowledge that and validate your feelings, no matter what they are. The Social Work team wants to provide this space for you to be able to use different tools when needed or just for fun.

You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. You might feel many things throughout the days or all at once. All of these emotions are normal.

Don't forget to breathe.

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building our resilience.
