What's included in your cruise fare?

Virgin creates a more all-inclusive feel to their cruise lines.  All food, essential beverages (water, juices, coffee, tea, milk, soda, lemonade, iced tea, etc.) Gratuities, Basic Wifi, Group workout classes, entertainment and more! The one thing we loved about Virgin is we walked off the ship spending practically nothing in-addition to our cruise fare and excursion bookings! 

What about alcoholic and speciality beverages?

When you book a group sailing with me, you will automatically receive $50 sailor loot per cabin to spend on anything (that's right- anything) you want to on the ship!

If you choose to book later, or would like a bar-tab, you can pre-purchase a bar-tab which can be spent on any speciality beverages onboard. For every $300 Bar Tab you purchase, you are gifted $50 free! (On our last sailing, we had a $400 bar tab and didn't even utilize all of it!)

What is Virgin Voyages cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's everything you need to know:

If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.

Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh?

Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

Please note, from time to time, your travel agency/First Mate may repackage your voyage with other travel arrangements such as flights, hotels etc, and subsequently act as a tour operator. Please note these policies do not apply to tour operator bookings. Please speak to your tour operator/First Mate for further information.
