About

PTO stands for Parent-Teacher Organization. However, the PTO consists of more than just parents and teachers. Parents, teachers, guardians, school staff, the principal, and the school board come together to promote volunteerism of parents, encouragement of teachers and students, community involvement, and the welfare of Golden Hill students and families.

The objectives of the organization are:

1. To provide educational opportunities and enrichment programs for children in school and community.

2. To promote cooperation between parents and teachers/Administration in the education of children.
