In your Chrome browser go to - https://remotedesktop.google.com/support

Click on the "Generate Code" button in the "Get Support" window

Copy the code generated and paste it into an email to whoever you're requesting support from

In the "Would you like to allow to see and control your computer" popup, click share to allow.
