Before you do anything, you need to take a 1hr HIPPA Certification Course.  It's an online test and the independent testing service charges $10.  So make sure you have your debit card handy.  The test takes an hour, and within 24hrs you should receive an actual certificate that will be emailed to you.  

As soon as you get this certificate, download it to your device so that you can uploaded it when filling out the onboarding form.  In order to complete the form, you need to upload the certificate.

While you are waiting on the certificate gather the following data/docs so that you will be ready for step 2, filling out the webform, and uploading both the certificate and your ID :

• Drivers License or State ID

• Collectors Full Name

• HIPPA cert Exp Date  (The date on your certificate)

• Email address

• Office Manager Name

• Manager Email

• Shipping Address 

• Testing Site Location Name

• Testing Site Location Address
