Invisalign Account Setup

The first order of business is to figure out whether the Doctor that will be joining PCDM is invisalign certified. If they are not invisalign certified they can follow the steps below to get certified ASAP:

Step One: Certification

Below is the step by step process on how to become Invisalign Certified and receive your ClinID / and password. It is 7 hours’ worth of content, but you do not have to complete it all at once.

Once you complete the New Provider Journey (NPJ) you will immediately receive your ClinID and password, both prompted on the screen following completion of the quiz and via email.

Steps to access:

1) Visit: https://provider.invisalign.com/special-markets

2) Click on the blue “Get started now” button.

3) Complete all registration fields.

4) Under the drop down of role: Select DSO. Once completed click “Register”.

5) When taken to the payment page, as a Special Markets partner, your Coupon Code is the following: 2019SMP919510. Enter this coupon code in the corresponding field on the payment page and it will bring the final amount down to $0.

6) Once completed the doctors ClinID will be provided.

Step Two: Enroll in Foundations of Invisalign GO Course (recommended but not required)

If the doctor is already invisalign certified, the next step to determine is whether they are a full-time doctor practicing with PCDM or if they are part-time and spend the other portion of their work week at a practice outside PCDM. If the doctor is full-time with PCDM then their current account can be ported over under the PCDM umbrella and there is no change needed in their daily habits of using their invisalign account. If the doctor is part-time with us and spend time at non PCDM locations then we will need to create a new clinID that is under the PCDM umbrella and completely separate from their non PCDM account. In both cases the form below should be completed and submitted to Dr. David Gohari (dgohari@pcdentalmgmt.com) also CCing Dana Stoldoski (dstodolski@pcdentalmgmt.com). It is important to fill out the following document ASAP, so that way the doctor gets access to the discounts and advantages that PCDM has with invisalign as well as billing be directly centralized to our accounts payable department.
