Dosespot

New York State mandates that all prescriptions are sent electronically and we offer a system which goes by the name “DoseSpot” which is accessible through our Electronic Health Record - Denticon. For part-time employees, there is a monthly fee for DoseSpot services; we are happy to set you up and can deduct the fee we pay per provider from your production bonus paycheck.. Full time employees will have their DoseSpot fee covered.

Registration is accomplished through a five step process which is expounded upon in a handbook which can be sent upon request:

1. DEA, Drivers license, Dental License to acquired during HR onboarding

2. Identity Proofing → Dr action required by entering Denticon, accessing the Rx tab,
   answering battery of questions

3. *Utilization of the Dosespot Narcotics program requires the download of the DUO App (Click below to download)

4. Verification → Administrator action (Jessica Colon: jcolon@godental365.com or 516-637-9363)

5. Mobile Authentication → Dr action required to authenticate
