Hello! I am Sarah Mater. This is my 22nd year teaching. Part of that time was spent teaching in Wichita and the other part right here in Goddard. All my years have been in a kindergarten classroom. I have my bachelor’s degree from WSU and my Master’s degree in school leadership from Baker University. I am originally from a small town in central Kansas and I have four sisters. My family all live in Kansas. We are very close and get together as often as we can. I have no children, but I do have furry children; two dogs and one cat named Katalina Rose, Meredith Burr and Crabman. I love all holidays, but especially Halloween. I support K-State sports and I enjoy walking, gardening, a great cup of coffee from Starbucks, going to musicals and reading a good book. I am so excited for this school year and getting to know you!
