2021 Team Dinners & Meet Snacks/Drinks Sign-upIt is customary for the cross country parents to provide a meal (homemade, store bought & warmed, catered or etc.) the evening before the meets, as well as snacks & drinks at the meets. Usually 2-3 families choose to do an event (team meal before the meet and/or drinks & snacks at the meet) together. Plates, napkins, eating utensils, cups, and food service gloves will be provided by the team for team dinners. We have a large stock, but if we run low please keep us (Maria, Kendra &/or Coach) updated, so we can restock. You are welcome to eat with the team, after helping serve. The team will help you clean up. These athletes & coaches work really hard and they really appreciate this team bonding time, during a good meal. This season we have about 33 athletes, 3 managers, and 2 coaches. Usually parent volunteers arrive between 4:15 & 4:30 pm to set up the team meal, which usually begins between 4:45 & 5 pm and end around 5:45 pm. You can enter the building by the gym or cafeteria doors, the northeast corner of EHS. Drinks & Snacks can be delivered to practice the day (team dinner) before the meet or the day of the meet before the team leaves EHS. Please check the calendar or coach's email for departure time. Please understand that with the current situation and the uncertaintity of schedules that things may change unexpectedly. Thank you in advance for your flexibility. Your support is greatly appreciated.
