Students Stress Less Coaching (post-secondary coaching)
Eisenhower High School students have several opportunities to explore different career options as well as learn more about colleges, universities and military branches all while remaining in the building.
Option 1: Representatives from a variety of businesses will come and speak about their profession and the educational journey required for their job. Career Talks are open to all students, 9th - 12th grade.
Option 2: Colleges will reserve a date to visit with students during a 30 minute time slot. Students, 11th - 12th grade, have to sign up in the Counseling Office to receive a pass to attend these meetings.
Option 3: Colleges/Universities and Military Branches will set up during the lunch time in Tiger Dining and students can chat with them as they eat their lunch! Check out who is set up on the stage in Tiger Dining!
For options 1 and 2 - students MUST sign up in order to receive a pass to be excused from class to attend. Always check your Tiger Time Google classroom for who is coming. It will be in morning announcements as well as posted on the TV’s in the building AND several fliers will be hung around the school! Social media posts will be made for Career Talks. And obviously - come to the Counseling Office - we would love to share information with you!
Please take advantage of these opportunities!! We are so fortunate that representatives want to come to our school and give of their time and resources to our students.
