Jodie Kerschen

Hello! My name is Jodie Kerschen. This is my 5th year in the counseling role at GHS and my 11th year in the field of education. I particularly enjoy working with high school students due to the life transition they are approaching. As students explore the possibilities for their independent, adult life, it is so fun watching them learn more about themselves as individuals, and create and develop plans for their futures. I get to have a front row seat to the excitement they have for the unknown they are about to step into. It is the best part of my job. My goal as your child's counselor is to support them in various aspects of their educational journey including socially, emotionally, academically, and with postsecondary planning. I primarily work with student last names P-Z. I look forward to working alongside your students to help them define and experience success in the 2026-2027 school year.
