Summer Training
Summer runs will be held several times a week over July. In addition a running program for athletes to follow as they prep for the upcoming season and is attached. This running program can be used for athletes to train on their own, or they can come to summer running practices if they wish.
2022 Summer Practice starts July
Summer running will begin July and will continue up until school starts. We will only meet in person XXX a week, and the athletes are expected to run on their own or with a buddy for the remaining days of the week.
Practices will be on XXXX and XXXX from XXXX-XXX at XXXX
Note: Summer Running is not mandatory but strongly suggested. You will be behind if you do not run during the summer! The first mandatory day of practice is XXXXXX.
If you are a returning runner please follow the Group A Summer Training schedule
