Below you will find two versions of the STEM Application. One application can be completed as a Google Form. The other is a pdf version which you can download, fill out, and turn in electronically via email or in hard copy at the VMS Book Return box.

Teacher and community recommendation forms are provided as a Google Form or included in the pdf version of the application. Two teacher recommendations and one community member recommendations are needed. Grade Reports should be filled out by the homeroom teacher. They can fill out these forms by using the links below.

Current VMS STEM students do not need to reapply and will be automatically enrolled in the ensuing STEM Academy.

We are taking applications for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade STEM Academy. Participation in previous grade STEM Academies is not required.
