Haru (aka Radioactive Rex) Uranium
She is an undercover villain but she’s hiding herself as a businesswoman, she has a short temper and her villain group is called Covement Of The Shattered Elements, she was discovered in 1789 by Martin Klaroth in Joachimsthal, Bohemia.
Her backstory is that she used to be one of the nicest people you’d know but then she had gotten betrayed by her own best friend,her best friend had left her for dead during a fight, so she made a whole villain group to get revenge on her ex best friend, and get everyone under her groups control, so she just plans to take over the world. Her new best friend is Thormein(the name for the villain Thorium who is also in her villain group).
Her Powers are that she can turn into a radioactive t-rex and she can generate electricity to use her abilities or she can power things with it she can also run very fast.
