My name is Ashley Patterson and I am your child's second grade teacher. I have been teaching in the elementary since the 2018-2019 school year, but I am not a stranger to the district. I taught Head Start (preschool) in Gobles for 9 years. I am very familiar with many families, staff and the Gobles area. In fact I have lived in Gobles my whole life and attended Gobles Schools K-12th grade. After graduating from Gobles I attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College for 2 years and then transfered to Western Michigan University where I received my Bachelors degree. 

I am married to my husband Brian and we have a daughter Palmer. In my spare time I love to spend time with my daughter. We like to go camping, explore outside and go to museums and zoos. I also enjoy golfing, going to the beach or lake and reading. 

Most of all my passion in life is teaching and working with children. I love that it is different everyday and I love making bonds with students that will last a life time!
